01:Introduction
1.1 ASPIRE (Amazing Sporting Professionals and Individuals Representation Experts) is a responsible and ethical agency that conducts its business within the football regulatory framework set by FIFA and all applicable national laws. We promote professionalism, integrity, fairness, and respect both on and off the field.
1.2 The following rules and ethical guidelines define the expected behaviour of individuals who intend to work or partner with us, including players, coaches, football agents, club officials, football scouts and staff.
02:Compliance and Regulations
2.1 We are bound by and will comply with all applicable FIFA regulations, including the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and national laws governing player representation.
2.2 We shall familiarise ourselves with FIFA regulations and act in strict compliance with them as if each obligation is incorporated into this Code.
03:Integrity and Best Interests of Players
3.1 We will always act in the legitimate best interests of players, ensuring their career, welfare and financial security are prioritised.
3.2 We shall represent only those players with whom a valid representation agreement has been signed and will not solicit players who are under representation agreements with other football agents.
3.3 In all dealings we will act honestly, diligently and fairly with players, clubs, coaches and third parties.
04:Transparency and Disclosure
4.1 We will disclose all terms, conditions and fees related to representation agreements, ensuring players fully understand their rights and obligations.
4.2 Before entering any representation agreement we will disclose conflicts of interest or agreements with clubs or entities that may affect impartiality.
4.3 We shall not provide materially false or misleading information and will verify the accuracy of information shared with players and clubs.
4.4 We shall disclose all relevant information, documents and guidance required for clients to make informed decisions.
05:Safeguarding and Representation of Minors
5.1 We will only approach or represent a minor player in compliance with FIFA Football Agent Regulations and applicable national laws.
5.2 We will not offer financial inducements, gifts or material goods to minors or their families as a condition for signing a representation agreement.
5.3 Contracts involving minors must comply with FIFA safeguarding regulations and prioritise education and development.
5.4 All employees will be reference checked, DBS checked and undergo safeguarding training before working with minors.
5.5 A designated safeguarding officer will liaise with clubs and academies on matters affecting minors.
5.6 We will take necessary steps to safeguard children and minimise risks.
5.7 Anyone working for us who breaches safeguarding policy or commits a crime against a minor will be reported to the police and relevant child protection authorities.
06:Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest
6.1 We will disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest and will not represent both a player and a club in the same transaction unless all parties provide written consent.
6.2 We will avoid activities that compromise our ability to act in the player’s best interests.
07:Prohibited Practices
7.1 We will not engage in practices that induce players to breach existing contracts or violate FIFA regulations.
7.2 We shall not misappropriate funds, engage in fraud, bribery or exploitative practices.
7.3 We shall not solicit, accept or offer unauthorised payments, gifts or commissions.
08:Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1 We will maintain confidentiality of all player-related information unless disclosure is required by law or FIFA regulations.
8.2 We will comply with data protection laws and ensure secure handling of personal and financial information.
09:Record Keeping and Financial Transparency
9.1 We will maintain accurate financial records of transactions and negotiations conducted on behalf of players.
9.2 Upon request we will provide regulatory bodies access to records to ensure compliance.
10:Professional Competence and Development
10.1 We shall participate in FIFA continuing professional development to maintain accreditation.
10.2 We will continuously update our knowledge of FIFA regulations and player welfare practices.
11:Cooperation with FIFA and Disciplinary Procedures
11.1 We will cooperate fully with any investigations initiated by FIFA or relevant authorities.
11.2 Violations may result in disciplinary actions including fines, suspension or withdrawal of FIFA license.
11.3 We will cooperate with investigations from national associations and relevant authorities.
12:Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
12.1 We will not discriminate against individuals based on age, disability, gender, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation.
12.2 We oppose unlawful discrimination and ensure fairness in recruitment.
12.3 Our scouting and recruitment practices will be based on the holistic and technical potential of players.
12.4 Players must always show respect for opponents and officials.
13:Monitoring
13.1 We will ensure continuous monitoring of this Code of Conduct to ensure compliance with our values.
14:Complaints
14.1 Where there is a breach of our Code of Conduct, individuals are encouraged to make a formal complaint:

15:Review
15.1 The effectiveness of this policy will be reviewed annually under the supervision of the Managing Director.
15.2 Lessons from incidents and investigations will be used to improve our procedures.
