01:Introduction
1.1 ASPIRE (Amazing Sporting Professionals and Individuals Representation Experts) is committed to conducting its business ethically, responsibly and with integrity. We recognise that modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour are serious crimes and violations of fundamental human rights.
1.2 We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our operations and supply chains. We aim to ensure that our organisation and those we work with uphold the highest ethical standards.
02:Purpose of this Policy
2.1 The purpose of this policy is to outline ASPIRE’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and relationships.
2.2 This policy establishes clear expectations for employees, partners, contractors and third parties working with or on behalf of ASPIRE.
03:Scope of this Policy
3.1 This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of ASPIRE, including employees, football agents, football scouts, consultants, contractors, partners and suppliers.
3.2 It also applies to any third parties who have a business relationship with ASPIRE.

4.1 ASPIRE operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking and forced labour.
4.2 We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
4.3 We will implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place within our organisation or supply chains.
05:Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
5.1 We recognise that certain industries and activities may carry higher risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
5.2 We will conduct due diligence when entering business relationships with partners, suppliers and contractors.
5.3 We will assess risks relating to recruitment practices, labour conditions and third-party operations.
06:Employee Responsibilities
6.1 All employees must comply with this policy and report any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices.
6.2 Employees must avoid activities that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
07:Recruitment Practices
7.1 ASPIRE ensures that all recruitment practices are fair, transparent and compliant with applicable employment laws.
7.2 We will not tolerate forced labour, child labour or exploitative employment practices within our organisation.
7.3 Employees must have the freedom to terminate their employment in accordance with legal and contractual obligations.
08:Training and Awareness
8.1 ASPIRE will provide awareness and guidance to employees on recognising and preventing modern slavery risks.
8.2 Training may be provided where appropriate to ensure staff understand their responsibilities.
09:Reporting Concerns
9.1 Employees, partners or third parties who suspect modern slavery or unethical labour practices must report their concerns immediately.

10:Protection for Whistleblowers
10.1 ASPIRE encourages openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns under this policy.

12:Breaches of this Policy
12.1 Any breach of this policy by employees may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
12.2 Breaches by partners or contractors may result in termination of business relationships.
13:Review
13.1 The effectiveness of this policy will be reviewed annually under the supervision of the Managing Director.
